Natália won the
Youth South-American Championship in 2004. Playing for Finasa/Osasco, she was
the second best scorer in Superliga 06/07. Before that, she played for
Oi/Macaé. The wing-spiker has also conquered the World Championship with the
brazilian female team in 2005, the same year she got the gold medal in Youth
World Championship, where was the best player of the competition. At 2006
season, she won the Junior South American Championship and, this year, won the
World Junior Championship and she was the best player and best scorer at this
competition. In 2007, she won the South American Championship and got the
second place in the World Cup. In the 2008 season, Natalia was part of the
season that won the World Grand Prix and also played in the Pan-American Cup,
where Brazil achieved the silver medal. In 2009, she participated of all titles
of Brazil winning the Pan American Cup, the Qualifying Tournament for the World
Championship-2010, the FIVB Grand Prix, the South American Championship and the
Final Four. She also finished in second place at the Grand Champions Cup. In
2010, Natália had great performances in the World Championship and in the FIVB
World Grand Prix. Brazil finished second in both competitions. In 2011, she
helped Brazil in the campaign that ended with the silver medal in the World
Grand Prix. In 2012, Natália was part of the team that won the gold medal at
the London Olympic Games. In 2013, Natália helped Brazil to win the South
American Championship in Ica, Peru, and the World Grand Champions Cup, in
Japan. In 2014, Natalia won the gold medal in the FIVB World Grand Prix and the
bronze medal in the FIVB World Championship in Italy. In 2015, Natalia had
amazing performances with the national team. She was elected the best wing
spiker of the FIVB World Grand Prix and helped Brazil to finish in third place.
She also was part of the team that won the gold medal in the South American
Championship. In 2016 Natalia had an amazing year and was elected the MVP in
the FIVB Grand Prix and was really important to help Brazil to win the 11th
title of the competition. She also played in the Olympic Games of Rio de
Janeiro.
